Mr. Asgar Alakbarov, Chairman of the Board, Administration of State Historical-Architectural Reserve Ichersheher, Baku, Azerbaijan was received by Director General of IRCICA Prof. Dr. Halit Eren on 26 November 2018. Mr. Alakbarov was accompanied by Dr. Jamila Rzayeva, Director, Icherisheher Centre for Traditional Arts, and Dr. Amina Malikova, Honored Cultural Worker, Icherisheher. Working meetings were held where themes and guidelines of activities to be undertaken jointly were developed. A Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation was signed, to serve as a framework for joint projects in various areas, particularly on handicrafts development and cultural heritage preservation.
