{"id":20499,"date":"2023-10-20T17:19:04","date_gmt":"2023-10-20T14:19:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ircica.org\/activites\/commemorative-panel-at-ircica-in-honor-of-ms-mihin-lugal-a-doyenne-of-the-librarians"},"modified":"2023-10-23T17:03:35","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T14:03:35","slug":"reunion-debat-commemorative-a-lircica-en-lhonneur-de-mme-mihin-lugal-doyenne-des-bibliothecaires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ircica.org\/fr\/activites\/conferences\/reunion-debat-commemorative-a-lircica-en-lhonneur-de-mme-mihin-lugal-doyenne-des-bibliothecaires","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9union-d\u00e9bat comm\u00e9morative \u00e0 l\u2019IRCICA en l\u2019honneur de Mme Mihin Lugal, doyenne des biblioth\u00e9caires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une r\u00e9union-d\u00e9bat s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 l\u2019IRCICA le 20 octobre 2023 en l\u2019honneur de l\u2019\u00e9minente experte en biblioth\u00e9conomie, Mme Mihin Lugal (1925-2022).<\/p>\n<p>Mihin Lugal a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 historique turque (Ankara) pendant 33 ans jusqu\u2019en 1983, au Centre culturel Atat\u00fcrk (Ankara) jusqu\u2019en 1987 puis \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que de l\u2019IRCICA (Istanbul) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa retraite en 2013. Tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re, elle a suivi les d\u00e9veloppements modernes de la biblioth\u00e9conomie et les a introduits dans ses institutions, ce qui a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9lever le niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des connaissances dans ce domaine ; elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9crit des livres et des articles.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union-d\u00e9bat \u00e0 l\u2019IRCICA a commenc\u00e9 par le discours d\u2019ouverture du professeur Cengiz Tomar, responsable de la recherche et des publications (IRCICA), prononc\u00e9 au nom du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le professeur Mahmud Erol K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7. Un film documentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 projet\u00e9 sur la vie et l\u2019\u0153uvre de Mihin Lugal, mettant l\u2019accent sur certains aspects de sa carri\u00e8re qui ont interagi avec les progr\u00e8s de la biblioth\u00e9conomie en Turquie. Par la suite, une r\u00e9union-d\u00e9bat a eu lieu, avec les intervenants suivants : le Dr Didar Bay\u0131r, directrice de la biblioth\u00e8que et des archives de l\u2019IRCICA ; M.
