Bu katalog Milli Merkez ile IRCICA\u2019n\u0131n bir ortak projesiyle haz\u0131rlanarak Aral\u0131k 2021\u2019de Nur-Sultan\u2019da yay\u0131nland\u0131. Milli Merkez, Kazakistan K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Spor Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Ar\u015fiv ve Belge Y\u00f6netimi Komitesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Kitap tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na Kazakistan\u2019\u0131n \u0130stanbul Ba\u015fkonsolosu Sn. Alim Bayel, Kazakistan Yazmalar ve Nadir Kitaplar Milli Merkezi Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Dr. Zhandos Boldykov ve ayn\u0131 Merkez\u2019den ve Kazakistan\u2019dan uzmanlar ile akademik \u00e7evrelerden ilgililer kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>IRCICA Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7i Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, IRCICA ile Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti ve \u00f6zellikle Yazma ve Nadir Kitaplar Milli Merkezi aras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011finin bu yay\u0131nla yeni bir semeresinin al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan memnuniyetini dile getirdi. Kitab\u0131n tarih, bilim ve edebiyat alanlar\u0131nda kaynak olarak kullan\u0131labilecek Arap\u00e7a yaz\u0131l\u0131 eserlerin ve ayn\u0131 zamanda elyazmas\u0131 incelemeleri ve paleografi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na konu olabilecek de\u011ferli malzemenin bir envanterini te\u015fkil etti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Genel Direkt\u00f6r Milli Merkez ile IRCICA taraf\u0131ndan daha \u00f6nce d\u00fczenlenen etkinlikleri de hat\u0131rlatarak Astana\u2019da s\u0131ras\u0131yla 2018\u2019de ve 2019\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen \u201cKazakistan\u2019da \u0130slam Elyazmas\u0131 Miras\u0131: Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, Koruma ve Personel E\u011fitimi\u201d konulu konferansa ve hat sanat\u0131 sergisine de\u011findi. IRCICA Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 Kazakistan Yazma ve Nadir Eserler Merkezi Direkt\u00f6r\u00fcne ve mensuplar\u0131na i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti ve katalogu derleyen uzmanlar Ashirbek Muminov, Nurlan Erezhepov, Kamshat Parimbekova, Selahaddin Uygur, Almat Absalikov, Anuar Arykbaev\u2019e ve t\u00fcm katk\u0131da bulunanlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti.<\/p>\n<p>Kazakistan Ba\u015fkonsolosu Sn. Alim Bayel Kazakistan Yazma ve Nadir Eserler Merkezi ile IRCICA\u2019y\u0131, yaz\u0131l\u0131 miras\u0131n kaydedilmesi ve incelenmesine verilen \u00f6nemi yans\u0131tan bu yay\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlay\u0131p yay\u0131nlad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in tebrik etti. Ba\u015fkonsolos Kazakistan\u2019\u0131n aralar\u0131nda Alt\u0131n Ordu ve Kazak Hanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok devletin dahil oldu\u011fu uzun bir tarihe sahip yeni bir Cumhuriyet oldu\u011funu ve \u00fclkede ve \u00fclke d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan yaz\u0131l\u0131 miras\u0131n\u0131 derlemeye, incelemeye ve tan\u0131tmaya b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem verdi\u011fini anlatt\u0131. Konu\u015fmalardan sonra kitap, Kazakistan Yazmalar ve Nadir Eserler Milli Merkezi Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Dr. Zhandos Bekdildauly Boldykov taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131.
