IRCICA UNESCO Genel Kurulunun 12-17 Kas\u0131m 2019\u2019da Paris\u2019te, UNESCO merkezinde yap\u0131lacak 40. Oturumunun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131ld\u0131. 193 \u00fclkeden delegelerin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 konferansta \u00e7e\u015fitli komisyonlar, 25 civar\u0131nda toplant\u0131 ve faaliyet yer alacak; geni\u015f bir yelpazeye yay\u0131lan g\u00fcncel konular konu\u015fulacak. A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fta IRCICA\u2019y\u0131 Genel Direkt\u00f6r Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Dr. Nezih Maruf temsil etti.<\/p>\n

Genel Kurulun 40. Oturumunun ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na 2019-2021 d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7i Ahmet Altay Cengizer se\u00e7ildi. \u0130ki y\u0131lda bir defa toplanan Genel Kurul, UNESCO\u2019nun en y\u00fcksek karar merciini te\u015fkil ediyor.<\/p>\n

UNESCO \u0130cra Heyetinin d\u00f6rder y\u0131l s\u00fcre i\u00e7in se\u00e7ilen 58 \u00fcye \u00fclkesi bulunuyor. Genel Kurul\u2019a ise t\u00fcm \u00fcye devlet temsilcileri ve bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda \u00fcye olmayan \u00fclkelerin, h\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131n ve sivil toplum kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n temsilcileri de kat\u0131l\u0131yorlar. \u00dcye devletlerin, n\u00fcfuslar\u0131na ve b\u00fct\u00e7e katk\u0131 paylar\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n birer oy hakk\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n

Genel Kurul, UNESCO\u2019nun faaliyet programlar\u0131n\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00e7elerini onayl\u0131yor. \u0130cra Heyetinin \u00fcyelerini tayin ediyor ve d\u00f6rt y\u0131lda bir defa olmak \u00fczere Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc se\u00e7iyor.
