The Minister of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye, Mr. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, paid a visit to IRCICA Director General Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç at IRCICA headquarters on 2 July 2026. Minister Ersoy, together with the Governor of Istanbul Mr. Davut Gül, Istanbul Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Mr. Hüseyin Keskin, the President of the Turkish Manuscripts Institution Dr. Coşkun Yılmaz, and other officials, were welcomed by Director General Prof. Dr. Kılıç, accompanied by Chief Advisor/Head of Research and Publications Prof. Dr. Cengiz Tomar. During the meeting, they were provided with introductory information regarding the Centre’s activities and presented with samples of most recent publications.
