A delegation from the Omani Society of Writers and Literati composed of Dr. Arch. Said Muhammad al-Saqlawi (Chairman), Dr. Abdulaziz Mubarak Al Rahbi, and Dr. Said Bakhit Bait Mubarak, were received by IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç on 30 June 2025 at IRCICA. An MOU for cooperation was signed, as a framework of information exchanges and joint programs in cultural and academic fields of common interest. Were present at the meeting IRCICA’s Assistant Director General Prof. Aboubacar Abdullah Senghore, Chief Advisor/Head of Research and Publications Prof. Cengiz Tomar, Media Supervisor Eng. Amna Meddeb, and Asst. Head of Research and Publications Dr. Attallah Al-Rawashdeh.
