Dr. Khalifa bin Jassim Al-Kawari, Adviser to the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs of Qatar, together with officials from the Ministry and Mr. Ubayda al-Banki, the Calligrapher of the Mushaf of Qatar, were welcomed by Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç, at IRCICA on 22 January 2024. IRCICA’s Assistant Director General Prof. Aboubacar Abdullah Senghore, Head of Research and Publications Prof. Cengiz Tomar, and Chief of the Arts Section Mr. Said Kasımoğlu participated in the meeting.
