IRCICA Director General met with Nahdlatul Ulama Chairman, Indonesia

Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç was received by Kyai Haji Yahya Cholil Staquf, General Chairman of Nahdlatul Ulama Central Board, Founder & Chairman of G20 Religion Forum (R20), in Jakarta, Indonesia, on 13 May 2025. The talks revolved around the two institutions’ highlighting correct images of Islamic culture and civilization at the global level through inter-faith and intergovernmental activities. Cooperation prospects through Professor Kılıç’s membership in the Board of R20, the Religion Forum of G20, were also discussed. The same day, Director General Prof. Kılıç also gave interviews to the Indonesian media on these activities.
