IRCICA Director General Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç received Mr. Abdullah Muhammed İslam, President of the Federation of International Student Associations (UDEF, Istanbul), at IRCICA on 24 October 2023. The Federation covers 62 student associations in 57 cities.
