H.E. Mr. Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, Dubai, UAE, paid a courtesy visit to IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç on 13 August 2025. The Centre’s recent activities were highlighted, views were exchanged on refreshing working relationships in the upcoming period. Founded in 2007 by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Foundation aims to bridge knowledge gaps and improve standards of education and research in the Arab region.
