IRCICA Director General received by the Minister of Culture of Tatarstan

IRCICA Director General Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç was received by Ms. Irada Ayupova, Minister of Culture, Tatarstan Republic, Russian Federation, on 29 August 2022, during the period of the Kazan Global Youth Summit. A fruitful exchange of views was conducted on joint projects between Tatarstan and IRCICA.
