Professor Cengiz Tomar, Head of Research and Publications, IRCICA, welcomed Dr. Ainura Almasbekovna Askarova, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Dr. Assel Lakhayeva, Project Coordinator, Foundation for Turkic History and Culture (TÜRKTAV), Ankara, at IRCICA on 17 January 2024. The meeting, held in the presence of Professor Ashirbek Muminov, Consultant for Central Asia Activities, IRCICA, explored further possibilities for academic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and IRCICA.
